We take service requests from Sarasota-area homeowners and seek to refer them to licensed local restoration contractors. We do not perform restoration work ourselves.

When you submit a form on the Site, we collect:

- Service type and a short description of your situation

We do not collect payment information. Any contractor you hire handles billing directly with you.

- Refer your request to one or more local restoration contractors who may be able to help

- Document the lead in our internal records for at least 24 months for TCPA compliance and dispute resolution
Sharing With Contractors
By submitting a form, you understand and agree that we will share your contact information and service details with one or more local restoration contractors. Those contractors may then contact you directly. We are not responsible for the practices of any contractor once they receive your information; their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or list resellers, and we do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)
By submitting a form on this Site and checking the consent box, you give your prior express written consent to be contacted by Sarasota Flood Restoration, and by any restoration contractor we send your request to, at the phone number you provide, by phone, SMS text message, or email — including by automated dialing system or pre-recorded voice message — for the purpose of responding to your service request and arranging restoration services.

- Request that we delete your information from our records (note: contractors who already received your information have their own retention practices)
- Opt out of further contact from us
